2010: 'Backstabbers'
Video Competition
Hey
everyone! it’s Dion….
To
celebrate the release of the single ‘Backstabbers’
by Soo Catwoman we set you all a task to create
a video to go with the song and post it on YouTube.
As an iPhone lover myself I’m very surprised
that someone didn’t just record themselves
singing along to the song – we did say
we were open to anything – the more fun
the better.
We
had hoped we might get a few more entries to
the competition but the two we did have were
great and mum and me both agree that it’s
just too difficult to choose between them as
they’re both so good, so we’ve decided
that both the following videos will win the
competition and receive a free Catwoman Clothing
T Shirt. If you haven’t seen the entries
you can see them below in the June news update!

Proving that Soo Catwoman
was not just a pretty face. Back in 1998 she
recorded a track with friends Derwood Andrews
(Generation X) on guitar and
Rat Scabies (The Damned) on drums. The song
‘Backstabbers’ is an upbeat
punky cover of the classic 1972 O’Jays
hit.

Video Competition
We think it would be great if you made an amateur
VIDEO to go along with the
track and post it on YouTube. Think outside
the box, it doesn't have to be a
series of stock images or footage from the 70s.
It can be animated, scenery,
nature or it could be pretty much anything that
you think goes with the song
(but no sex or violence please as we have underage
users).
So get creative and upload your video to YouTube,
then post your link in a
comment on the Soo Catwoman Facebook Fan Page
Note for the Video or on
either of the blogs for the video competition
on the Catwoman Clothing or
Soo Catwoman MySpace pages - you can even email
your YouTube link to the
contact section of this website. The video we
like best will earn its
creator a free T shirt of their choice from
those available in our store.
